I design professional learning that is hands-on, relevant, and immediately applicable in the classroom. My sessions focus on real teacher needs, practical strategies, and opportunities to practice with support. Through follow-up coaching and reflection, I help teachers build capacity over time and ensure professional learning has a meaningful and lasting impact.
