As a coach, I help teachers build a shared, approachable vision for using technology to support equitable learning, starting with their current comfort level and classroom realities. I highlight high-impact strategies, model practical tool use, and celebrate small wins so educators feel supported as they grow. My goal is to help teachers confidently use digital tools to enhance instruction, strengthen access, and create meaningful learning opportunities for all students.
