Yearlong Professional Development Plan
2026-27 Professional Develpoment Plan
This yearlong Professional Development plan will guide me as I help teachers build a shared, approachable vision for using technology to support equitable learning on the AMS campus for the 2026-27 school year. I hope to be a true Change Agent on my campus as I take on the role of an Instructional Leadership Team member. This plan includes important topics highlighted by a survey I administered to campus educators as I sought their input for the following year of professional learning.
