This three-day virtual course shows you that you too can be a designer in order to create more engaging lessons and classroom experiences. I’ll even help you teach your students some best practices for using Canva for their homework assignments.

Day 01 / Elements & Principles of Design
What makes a design ”good”? What makes design compelling, interesting or beautiful? We will answer all of these questions and more on Day One.

Day 02 / Using Canva as a teacher
On Day Two, we shift our focus to the classroom. Today is all about how you, as a teacher, can take any subject content and make it more engaging for your students using the free platform, Canva.

Day 03 / Students and Canva
We put everything together on Day Three. You’ll see how you can communicate the elements and principles of design in a quick easy way so your students have helpful tips when building their homework assignments, classroom presentations, and more!
Course structure
This is a three-day, virtual event designed for you to learn at your own pace. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each day.
