Building a Teacher Website
I recently attended a training that emphasized the value of building home-school connections as educators. One of the strategies was to have a Teacher Website where all relevant content for the course can be located in one convenient location. Since I also teach three different courses at my Middle School, I decided it was time to build a resource for my students and their families. Increasing communication aligns well with the ISTE-C Standard 4.2 Connected Learner. I want to implement proactive communication whenever possible so that my students and their families are always in the loop on what’s going on in my classroom.
